Lesson outcome:
- Students explore the significance of the blessed month of Ramadan,
- Students develop understanding of the purpose, benefits, and significance of Ramadan.
- Students learn some of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW for Ramadan and fasting (including the Dua before breaking the fast)
- Students review their Ramadan goals.

“I am amazed by the believer. Verily, Allah does not decree anything for the believer except what is good for him/her”. (Musnad Ahmad 12495)
“Wonderous is the affair of the believer for there is good for him in every matter and this is not the case with anyone except the believer. If they are happy, then they give thanks Allah and thus there is good for them, and if they are harmed, then they show patience and thus there is good for them.” (Source: Sahih Muslim 2999).
